Acting in the role of Product Owner, this person will be responsible for the following: • Define and prioritize team backlog with the business teams • Drive teams to deliver a complete set of business / financial requirements, process flows, system flows, etc. for assigned projects. • Gather and document as-is and to-be business and financial requirements. • Based on existing knowledge of processes, ensure that designed solutions align with customer expectations and, if not, ensure customer is aware of any identified gaps • Work with teams to ensure business alignment to end-user training, end user testing, project communications, process change management, or compliance and data integrity checks • Coordinate with other teams, systems, projects, to support successful system launch and stabilization after go-live • Understand overall project status, key milestones, and ongoing task assignments • Work with project team and the business partners to continuously analyze overall processes and identify changes to streamline activities and drive down costs • Drive resolution of issues back into appropriate groups to ensure resolution

Experience in development technologies and architectures - Experience on creating software requirements specifications - Experience with integration with package applications (e.g.: ERP, CRM, etc) and vendor relationship - Experience with relevant project/program methodologies and software development lifecycle methodologies - Strong Project Management skills - Strong ability to negotiate and interpersonal relationship - Strong problem and issue resolution skills - Strong organization and prioritization skills - Strong ability to manage change and engage team members - Fluent English - Bachelor Degree - IT Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience preferably with external customer facing. Desired experiences: - Scrum Product Owner certification - .NET/Microsoft development experience - PL/SQL development experience - Microsoft Solution Framework desired - Knowledge on Synchro vendor package solutions - Demonstrated experience working with global teams. - Relevant educational experience in Computer Science, Information Management or Business Management - Experience on evaluation and recommendation of software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
